Come and dance the night away with our teen volunteers Rachel and Brooke, who will teach you how to Hip Hop with the best of them.  Learn some dance moves, get a great full body workout, improve core strength, reduce stress, and decrease anxiety, all while being part of a group.   Combining music and dance makes for a therapeutic, yet fun way to decompress and dancing also increases muscle memory, which helps with coordination.  Do it all in a safe and friendly atmosphere.  This class is open to all age 5 and up, and all abilities.  No prior experience necessary.
